COVID-19 Update

For the safety and wellbeing of our staff and guests, Hopo Sightseeing Ferry is closed for 14-days effective from 24 March 2020. This decision will be reviewed periodically every fortnight. Recent government announcements have had a significant impact on the plans of many of our guests. Hopo Sightseeing Ferry is boosting the resources of its Reservations Centre and Social Media Customer Care teams to be able to deal with any travel queries and travel change requests. We’re providing fare flexibility.

Hopo Sightseeing Ferry is offering all passengers affected by cancellations the option of receiving credit to be used in the future or a full refund. Customers who have booked directly with Hopo Sightseeing Ferry can contact our Reservations Centre. Customers booked via a travel agent (including online travel agents) should contact their booking agent.

We maintain close relationships with Government and Health Authorities and will continue to monitor the situation closely. Further updates will be available via our website and social media on 7 April 2020.
